Muscat de Rivesaltes
A few words on the vineyard
The climate of the Roussillon Valley allowed the proper development of numerous grounds and soils. It’s in this very specific region that we fell for a delicious one of a kind Muscat that is harvested at night. Two different types, the Muscat Petit Grain and Muscat d’Alexandrie, are blended together to create this refreshing wine.
Ever since its creation, the domain is a family property. Marie-Pierre and her husband, current owners, were able to highlight their stunning soil to allow their wines to be famously known in France and abroad as sure value of the Languedoc-Roussillon region.
Aromas & Tasting
Marie-Pierre and her team harvest their muscat grapes by night to keep their fresh and protect them from oxidation. The acidity and alcohol are kept at their lowest to ensure a fresh and refreshing wine. Delicate nose, white fruits notes balanced between grace and lightness, Initio’s Muscat is a wine that is not done surprising you…
Our Initio’s Muscat will perfectly work out with your sweet desserts such as pies, crumbles, fruit salads. It is also an excellent wine for the aperitif, it can be tasted alone or in a cocktail.
